Straight outta Jorpati, Kathmandu, Nepal, AK Hood is the voice of the hustle, representing the streets and the ghetto. His lyrics cut deep into the low life and the challenges of finding opportunity in the concrete jungle. Since 2014, he’s been dropping truth bombs through singles, mixtapes, and EPs.

AK Hood made waves with his independent debut studio mixtape, “Sab Vanda Khatra,” a raw and unapologetic portrayal of life on the streets. Featuring collaborations with some of the biggest producers in the game, including Thajville.

AK Hood continued to make his mark with the release of the “No Face No Case” EP. This project showcased his versatility, featuring collaborations with both established artists and local talents from across the country. Recently, he also released the “Jawoos Affiliated” EP, a collaboration project with in-house artists from NPL Records. From podcasts to radio stations, AK Hood has shared his journey, reflecting on the distance he’s traveled while still waiting for his big break.

With several upcoming projects in the pipeline and his debut album in the works, AK Hood continues to push the boundaries of Nepali hip-hop, cementing his place as one of the genre’s most promising talents.
